Associate positions are full-time, paid employment opportunities for 6-months (July through December).Associates will assist with special projects in our Human Resources departmenton the Campus Relations team.

Job Responsibilities
o Responsible for hiring, on boarding and supporting 60 full-time Undergraduate Associates (UGAs)
o Act as a consultant to hiring managers regarding recruitment needs and candidate selection
oSource screen and conduct interviews with all potential candidates based on hiring manager needs and coordinate/schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
o Attend and present at college career fairs, information sessions and other on site recruiting events
o Collaborate with Campus Coordinator to develop recruitment strategies and improvements to the UGA program
o Plan workshops/events and create presentations for all UGAs as part of their on boarding and development
o Serve as the primary Human Resources representative for all UGAs
Required Qualifications
o Must be available to work full-time for 6-months (July through December 08)
o Recent graduates or senior level students (2007-2008) only
o You must be able to take one semester or two quarters off from school
o Must have a Major within the field of: Business Adminstration with a minor in HR, Business Management with a minor/emphasis in HR, and/or any other relevant majors.
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word, and outlook).
o Candidates must have strong technical and communication skills; knowledgeable writing skills are a plus.
