Description:
The senior auditor will be responsible for supervising annual audit and review engagements including all aspects of planning, internal staffing of engagements, project scheduling and budgeting, and completion of the engagements.
Skill sets required include:
Highly motivated individual with public accounting career aspirations
Highly organized, efficient, and productive with effective time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented, customer service driven environment
Ability to think and work independently and effectively plan and execute engagements
Ability to supervise and coach/mentor staff working on engagements
Ability to work full time with an expected total hours commitment of 2,500
Ability to plan and manage engagements/projects within budgetary and time constraints
Ability to interface effectively with clients
Ability to travel
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in public accounting with a strong audit background, healthcare experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in accounting required. CPA preferred.
