Currently we're seeking a Recruiter to represent our diverse organization.

The Recruiter will assist divisional HR Generalists with the development and execution of recruitment strategies designed to attract quality candidates to opportunities at Kohler Co.. This Recruiter will also serve as a consultant to HR by understanding the complexities of jobs/job families, with the end result of proposing creative and effective talent acquisition solutions.

This challenging position is ideally suited for a person who has one to four years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment, with the proven ability to identify and assess quality talent. Prior experience should also include conducting searches for a variety of job functions. Other requirements include a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university and proficiency with Applicant Management Systems. AIRS certification is a plus.
