RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Chemical testing including but not limited to; Mercury, Aluminum, pH, Sodium Thiosulphate, Appearance, Carbopol, Moisture, Osmolarity
· Water testing including but not limited to; Nitrate, Total Organic Carbon, Lead, Endotoxin
· Qualifying new standards as required
· Environmental Services including Bacterial Identification, Gram Staining, Streak Plating, Environmental Monitoring
· Inventory and ordering of reagents
· Monitoring and maintenance of testing instruments and equipment
· Writing/revising SOPs and standard methods
· Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree or AA Degree + a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience. Emphasis in Chemistry or Biological related discipline.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Basic computer skills in Excel, Word, and Prism
· Basic understanding of scientific principles and basic lab techniques
