Parsons is currently seeking a Telecom Program Manager in Toronto, Canada

The Program Manager will assist in preparation and negotiations of bids and proposals that contain major project management requirements to minimize contractual risks and lead presentations, then become the prime customer interface during project implementation, ensuring timely execution of all aspects of assigned customer projects including planning, scheduling, installation, system acceptance, and managing field service project efforts. This position has financial responsibilities, managing profitability, assets and cash flow for assigned projects as well as contract negotiations with regard to contract change orders and add-ons.

Experience:
The Program Manager for eastern Canada Toronto based is required. Must be authorized to work in Canada. Requires BS Technical or equivalent, MBA preferred, PMP Certification or in process of acquiring is preferred with 10 years experience. Program Management experience in wireless core switch builds and cell site deployment is required. A background in safety, quality, and vendor management is a plus. Must have proven skills with P&L responsibility, project management, and strong communication and mentoring skills in managing team of Project Managers. 30%-50% travel is involved.
