OVERVIEW:




Prepares or assists in preparing fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates,and design calculations.


Assists in the preparation and issuance of specifications, drawings, request for proposals,and other construction documents.


Prepares or assist in preparing work plans for pre-design investigations.


May perform field engineering assignments for remedial construction projects or investigations.


ESSENTIALS:

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering and 0-3 years of related work experience.

Requires basic engineering knowledge in civil design.
Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is also required.
