Title: Finance Business Analyst III
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead small to medium projects and work as a liaison between corporate and regional distribution management and I/T developing and implementing system enhancements
Define business requirements leading to system enhancements
Perform timely analysis for Corporate and Region management on distribution center operational performance and customer sales and/or profitability by major customer segment
Perform trend and variance analysis of key operating metrics
Maintain and update process documentation to ensure accuracy of data and reporting
Assist with the development of user acceptance test plans and user communication/training materials
QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year degree in accounting or finance with an advanced degree (MBA or related) desirable
Three or more years experience in business analysis and/or accounting environment
Knowledge of activity based costing principles highly desirable
Experience in wholesale and/or retail industry
Experience in I/T structured analysis and design highly desirable
Effective project management, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment is a must
Excellent human relations skills at all levels
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office software desirable
