Currently, we are seeking for an HVAC Mechanic for our Everett, WA location.
Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to perform preventative maintenance and to promote safe and efficient operations of the HVAC mill wide. Additionally, this role will work toward the continuous improvement of equipment, housekeeping and safety.
Responsibilities:
Performs routine (daily, monthly, annual) uptime HVAC machine inspection and housekeeping rounds.
Manages and develops and record keeping system for types of services provided.
Performs inspections of machines and equipment components and writes notifications for any out of specification findings.
Examines equipment or machine failures to identify or help identify root cause for failure.
Trains others, including apprentices.
Qualifications:
Basic:
HS diploma or GED.
3 yrs of related work experience.
State of Washington HVAC/R license (minimum of 06A).
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, charts and technical repair manuals.
Capable to work from sketches, building plans, specifications and oral and written instructions.
Ability to prepare required reports and record maintenance activities.
Preferred:
7 yrs of related work experience in industrial settings.
Other:
Proficient in computer skills.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Time management skills.
