Documentation Clerk--Job Description
Culligan International is currently seeking an individual to provide administrative support to local and branch offices.
The documentation clerk prepares and processes company-related documents and performs general administrative tasks in support of staff members and management.
Essential Job Duties:
Providing administrative support to assigned department.
Prioritizing daily workflow to ensure accurate and timely completion of requests.
Maintaining current knowledge of regulations and laws pertaining to documents.
Minimum Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, some college or business/trade school preferred
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years clerical experience
Special Knowledge/Skills and/or Abilities:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Computer proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately identify abnormalities to correct them.
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations: None Required
