Bottled Water Sales Representative--Job Description
Culligan International is currently seeking customer service oriented individuals to service the needs of its growing customer base.
The BWSR works directly with customers and represents Culligan in the generation of new leads/sales alongside the upkeep of current customers. The sales representative also performs marketing duties assigned by the sales team such as attending trade shows and hosting local events to promote Culligan’s products.
Essential Job Duties:

  • Commercial and residential cold calling to set appointments.
  • Maintaining a strict calendar and meeting all appointments.
  • Maintaining a company vehicle with product and equipment.
  • Developing new business within assigned territory through self-generation of leads
  • Communicating in a positive manner with customers and maintaining excellent public relations for the company.
  • Participating, as assigned by management, in all product shows and fairs.
  • Processing contracts, collections, credit authorizations, sales orders, and other related paperwork.
  • Delivery and installation of products such as bottled water coolers, filters, and etc.
    Minimum Education Requirements:
    High school diploma or GED
    Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency. (Microsoft preferred)
  • Ability to operate a forklift. (certified operator)
    Special Knowledge/Skills and/or Abilities:
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Superior time management, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to self-start and work efficiently and productively with minimum supervision.
  • Flexibility of schedule.
    Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:
  • Valid state drivers license with clean record and all state mandated special motor vehicle operation certifications for operating a commercial motor vehicle. CDL preferred. Must be able to obtain a Class “B” CDL within 60 days of employment.
    Work Environment/Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Employee is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions (protected from weather conditions in most instances).
  • Must be able to use carts, dollies, fork lift gates, hand trucks, and some hand tools.
