Description:
Genesis10 has an excellent opportunity for a Margin Analyst Lead to join a financial organization on a 6 month contract basis in St. Louis, MO. This can be contract, contract to hire or full-time.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily workflow of the team to ensure all requests/job duties have been addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
- Maintain control over the processes and provide guidance to branches and firms.
- Communicate with branch personnel on escalated items.
- Make recommendations for continued improvement in daily processes and workflow.
- Participate in tracking statistics, trends and recording them in Partnerships.
- Participate in departmental development, workload distribution and performance reviews, coaching and associate development.

Experience:
Required Experience/Skills:
- In depth knowledge of Credit operations and regulatory items.
- Requires 3 years experience in brokerage operations, preferably 2 years similar department experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct others.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and deliver customer service via telephone, e-mail and other forms of written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to apply critical analysis and work in a fast paced team oriented environment with the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong PC skills including experience with MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of brokerage industry is required.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Experience with BETA and/or other major securities processing system.
- College degree is preferred.
