Description:
Genesis is seeking a Hands-on Senior Windows Programmer for a client in New York on a full-time basis. Resource must be willing to relocate and work in New York.

As the Senior Windows Programmer, you will work with business representatives to understand business needs, translate these into effective designs and project plans, and lead the project through construction to deployment. As a senior member of the team, will be responsible for providing direction and focus to the team, fostering an open and cooperative environment and guiding the development of team members.

Experience:
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years Windows programming experience.
- Strong C++ programmer.
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working with analyze tools (VTune, Boundschecker, Quantify).
- Proven ability to deliver business value.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong communicator with ability to coordinate and follow-up aggressively.
- Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Ability to reach consensus and build effective working relationships.
- Experience working with different renderer (OGL, DirectX) is plus.
- Design pattern and refactoring experience is a plus!
