Full/Part time positions open for evenings and weekends 6PM to 10PM starts for up to 8 hr shift. The role requires monitoring calls to and from customers to ensure required topics are covered. The ideal candidate will have experience working in call centers, receptionists, teachers and other customer service communication roles.Computer skills and GREAT listening skills are required.
