KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role requires tax consulting on large projects, so strong technical skills and are vital to this role. Tax consulting includes performing tax research and working with clients on tax matters, planning and implementing special projects. Responsible for the compliance function on clients including supervising the preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership and personal income tax returns. Consolidated C-Corp, FAS 109, FIN 48, and/or multi-state experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years experience in public accounting; preferably Big 4 experience. Candidate must have a strong technical federal tax background. Manufacturing and multi-state corporate experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required. MST is a plus. Must have an interest in developing new business and excellent communication skills.
