This individual will be responsible for client service delivery of audit and other assurance services focused on large dealership groups in the Northeast portion of the United States.

This person would provide client engagement management and delivery on existing large clients and potential clients as well as smaller groups in the Northeast.

The role would include:
- Working closely with senior leaders who would provide relationship management and strategic direction on most of these accounts
- Initially working under the audit engagement partner/engagement supervision to deliver on assurance engagements
- Oversee collection of data for tax return preparation
- Participate in business development with senior leaders
- Participate in building a team in the Northeast to meet client needs and future growth
- Integrate and work with other practice areas within Crowe as required

Experience and Skill Sets Required:
- Must possess 2-5 years of Public Accounting experience in the assurance area with a CPA certificate required
- Have good knowledge of Accounting and Auditing pronouncements and policies in order to execute audits and reviews on these accounts
- Proven project management skills
- Proven supervision and staff development skills
- Client relationship and communicating skills in order to provide client consultations in the area of audit, review, accounting, tax and operational issues
- Business development skills - as part of a team effort

This opportunity requires demonstrated ability to build a team, expand services to clients, plan and manage engagements along with ensuring deliverables.
