About the Position
The HR Project Leader works within the PMO team as part of the Strategic Business Unit providing HR outsourcing services to our client, ACS. This position is based in Dallas, TX and provides project management support across all HR services. This includes but is not limited to management of projects in HR disciplines such as Recruiting, Payroll Administration, HRIS and system integrations, Benefits and Compensation. This position will work with internal team members of the SBU to meet implementation goals and with the HR client and other cross-functional team members based on the project scope and details in order to meet all project deliverables and client expectations.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Drive all aspects of the project life-cycle from scope definition to delivery including resource, communication, team and vendor management through the use of core project management tools and techniques.
May perform one or more of the following duties:
Plan and direct schedules and project budgets.
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with ''internal customers'' and department personnel.
Organize and participate in project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and programmers, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives.
Direct the activities of project team and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project.
Ensure the ongoing process/system capability associated with project and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams.
Negotiation skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Experience using core project management tools such as MS Project and Excel.
Experience in technical implementations.
Human Resources experience.
