A well established company is looking for an experienced Collection Rep. Auto loan collections experience a huge plus. Knowledgeable in research, resolve delinquent accounts, processing payment adjustments and correspondence, contacting clients regarding past due payments and balances. Outstanding customer service skills, proficient in Word, Excel, Data Entry and Outlook. Able to work independently and in a professional environment.
