The SWAT Team Testing Analyst is responsible to the ACS Project Manager (PM). This role is expected to be on-site at the client location for 6 months.

The Swat Team Testing Analyst is also responsible for partnering with the client as well as vendors in order to help facilitate the overall delivery of the test strategy, including test execution.The incumbent will facilitate efficient transfer of knowledge as well as coordinate activities between all parties. He/She will:

Analyze Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Project Scope & Analysis and related Technical Specifications to ensure all required test case requirements are met.
Prepare test cases
Identify data and perform test execution for front-end application (Web, AIS, IVR, etc.) testing across domains
Manage defects and issues detected during execution
Interact with internal and external contacts to ensure test deliverables and client expectations are met during the testing phase


The Swat Team Testing Analyst should have 7+ years experience and the following skills:

A Bachelor's degree
