Position Title:Vice President, Consulting Sales
Primary Responsibilities:
New Logo Sales:
-Develops sales strategy, identifies ‘new logo’ business opportunities and develops and executes plans to meet objectives
-Works to identify and penetrate new logo targeted accounts with pain/gain in line with BUCK’s line of business services opporrunities

-Engages appropriate internal BUCK resources to build compelling value propositions
-Coaches and guides team members before meetings, presentations and proposals
-Consults with market leader and funcational sales management on Go/No/Go, Deal Review and pricing strategies
Relationship Management:
-Establishes, develops, strengthens and maintains relationships with people at all relevant levels of the prospective target accounts
- Attends industry events in order to network with relevant stakeholders, gain industry insight and represent the firm in the marketplace
-Conducts client satisfaction interviews upon completion of engagements as assigned.
Measures of Success:
-Overall revenue achievement to set goals
-Target ‘New Logo’ Account Plan development and execution, including meeting stated activity goals
- Add on selling into ‘new logo accounts’ for 1 year following date of contract
-Sales Funnel Management including using SFDC daily as a tool for activity and opportunity management
-
-Lead Partner and service team efforts from pre-sale to signature
-Prospective Client Service Team communication from pre-sale to siganture
-Responsive deployment of the firm’s resources to ‘new logo’ opportunity events, sales VP will be responsible for all preparation, materials and coaching on execution
-Knowledge of cross line of service products and services

Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years progressive sales experience with an emphasis on selling service offerings to “C” suite executives
-University degree in business or equivalent work experience
-Knowledge or acumen for financial products and services
-A solid understanding of corporate organizational structures – an understanding of how to navigate through these organizations to reach key decision makers
-A proven track record of building deep relationships with executive teams in one or more industry sectors
