As a Marketing Database Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the marketing database, executing customer information extracting and archiving data. Additionally you will develop and run recurring customer reports, assist in the analysis of catalog mailing results for the cost effectiveness, and develop additional analytic dimensions to better understand customer performance by segment. Developing standardized reports and performing ad-hoc database analysis, conducting Customer Surveys and Research.

Here’s what you need to join the fun:

· Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Statistics is preferred.
· 1-3 years of database reporting and analysis, information technology, or related experience.
· Exceptionally strong analysis and problem solving capabilities.
· Able to work independent and under tight deadlines.
· Understanding of data measurement, database structure and spreadsheets.
· Understanding of direct marketing principles a plus.
· Detail oriented.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
