Position Summary:

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this individual will be responsible for providing counsel on all matters related to the development and approval of all advertising, promotional and training materials related to product promotion. This individual will serve as counsel on the company's promotional material review team and provide legal support to marketing, sales and regulatory groups in order to foster compliance within legal requirements and to ensure the development, approval and distribution of appropriate promotional and training material.

. Serve as legal expert on material review teams, and other cross-functional teams that develop or guide the development of promotional material.
. Provide counsel and assistance to marketing, sales and reimbursement and national accounts regarding the development of concepts, promotional pieces and communications materials for use in the U.S.
. Provide training and updates to sales, marketing and reimbursement management, field sales representatives, and reimbursement area managers
. Maintain a thorough understanding of government policies, guidelines and regulations related to labeling, promotion and advertising for oncology products
. Work with key stakeholders to educate on promotional requirements and to resolve areas of disagreement

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of experience within the biotech/pharma industry providing in-house legal counsel regarding sales & marketing promotions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work on multiple projects at any given time with the ability to re-prioritize when needed.
