The Home Equity credit and pricing team is looking for a business manager with credit and consumer loan valuation experience who can play a leading role in developing our underwriting and pricing strategy. The Home Equity business has exciting growth goals over the next several years, and we need great talent to build out our credit, pricing, and valuation frameworks.

Develops and shapes business strategy. Supports, develops, and manages associates who perform analysis in support of the business strategy. Leads cross-functional teams to implement strategies. Conducts extensive analysis and research based on existing customer or market data.

Responsibilities:

Develop and use loan valuation models
Develop and manage pricing frameworks that balance analytical rigor and market knowledge
Enhance existing underwriting frameworks to improve portfolio profitability
Develop compelling presentations for proposed frameworks and analysis recommendations
Support and develop more junior associates

Experience:
Basic Qualifications:

At least a Bachelors Degree
At least 4 Years experience in Analysis
At least 3 Years experience in Home Equity or Mortgage lending

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
Expertise in SAS and/or SQL
Comfort with basic statistical techniques
5 Years experience in Analysis
