Description:
Directs, plans, controls and leads the daily activities of the Coding staff of the Department so that all processes are completed in a timely, efficient manner ensuring quality and that customers are provided with a professional, caring level of services. Oversees all department functions to ensure high quality of standards are met to service the needs of patients, physicians, regulatory agencies, outside entities and all hospital departments.

Experience:
MINIMUM EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS/LICENSE/DEGREE REQUIRED:<br>RHIT, RHIA, CCS preferred, with an Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a health care related field either completed or in process with a defined completion date.<br>MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<br>3-5 years experience in Health Information Management discipline.<br>
