SUMMARY
This position is responsible for General Sales Compensation Operations which includes costing/analysis of Sales Compensation programs subject to standard and non-standard incentive pay programs.

Approval maintenance, payroll submission, commission and accrual accounting, and sales plan development and compliance are the primary duties of this role.

SKILL SETS REQUIRED
This individual must be detail-oriented and accountable possessing strong financial and/or Human Resources background preferred.

Onyx or similar CRM system experience also preferred but not required.

Looking for a quick study who's comfortable with managing responsibility area independently with minimal supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum 4-5 years related experience and possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Accounting-related field.

Possesses related work experience in the area of Sales Compensation specific to commission accounting, incentive and pay-for-performance programs, and Sales Plan development (i.e. Sales plan creation and compliance).
