SUMMARY
This Senior Associate position will require a professional individual capable of providing expert assistance to Partners and staff.
This individual must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, be highly motivated, a self-starter, work independently, and possess problem identification and resolution skills.
This individual must have a high level of focus on quality, attention to detail and accuracy.
This individual will be required to work on Special Projects, Proposals, Tax Processing, Engagement letters, Business Development Projects, Audit reports, and Research.
Additionally, position will be required to back up other areas of Operations as needed/required.
Must have the ability to consistently provide guidance and instructions to other team members in a peer setting as well as develop professional relationships across ES (Enterprise Solutions) and other Business Unit's and members of the firm.
SKILL SETS REQUIRED
Intermediate to Advanced technical expertise in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer operation, i.e. Windows, Lotus Notes, databases.
Accurate typing skill of 70 - 75 WPM
Non-Technical:
Team player with highly professional presence.
Highly organized, accurate, flexible and dependable.
Capacity to function in fast pace situations attributable to tight deadlines and client needs.
Ability to work overtime as job and peak business deadlines require.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, minimum; college classes or degree preferred.
3+ years of prior administrative experience in a professional organization.
Administrative experience in a Professional Services Organization.
Tax processing experience preferred.
