RESPONSIBILITIES
The person in this position is responsible for providing focused operations support for the Livingston office.
Responsible for answering a multi-line phone including updating greetings, daily monitoring of voicemail box and distribution of messages.
Meeting/greeting clients and staff
Conference room scheduling and maintenance, equipment and coordinating video conferencing and conference calls
Handling catering needs (catering set up as well as clean up)
Administrator of sales and marketing calendar
RightFax Administrator
Facilitating courier pick ups
Assisting in coordination of meeting/special events
Back up for administrative Staff preparing financial statements, engagement letters, proposals, etc
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years related experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; exhibits tact, professional attitude, maturity and flexibility
High energy level, dependable and comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities
Strong organizational, time management and logical thinking skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Lotus Notes is a plus
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to complete work in given time frames and within standard
Strong team player
Typing speed 55 wpm (minimum)
