Description:
Adecco is seeking qualified customer service representatives to work at a premier financial company in Quincy. This is a temp to perm position and is a great opportunity to start your career in Customer Service.

Job Description:
. Respond to incoming phone calls from clients on entry-level mutual fund products and investment accounts while utilizing all available resources
. Process a variety of routine and complex financial and non-financial transactions and maintenances as requested by customers following documented department procedures
. Communicate by telephone, fax, and email correspondence with shareholders, participants, broker/dealers and others to verify information and clarify request or provide appropriate documentation to customers as requested
. Meet the department standards for productivity and quality. Quality on the phone is monitored for politeness, showing genuine interest, attitude, willingness to help, accuracy and providing relevant information as well as transaction processing
. Resolve basic account problems and questions, and initiate research on more complex problems by directing to appropriate work area for resolution
. Maintain proper documentation of telephone calls in internal system.


Requirements:
. College Degree required
. Customer Service experience is a plus.
. Must be computer savvy and able to navigate through multiple screens and applications.
. Must have good communication skills and be able to work well with customers over the phone.


Additional Information
There is a rotating shift schedule for this position that changes each week. Candidates must be available for shifts from 8am - 5pm. Each shift is 35 hours/week. The shift will remain the same during the initial 5 week training program.
