Ajilon Consulting is seeking senior C/C++ developers for developing, maintaining and enhancing real-time electronic Equity trading platforms. The current platform supports executions on more than 40 exchanges through direct connections to more than 25 different brokers, and is expanding to more markets and establishing more connections to new brokers. The senior developers will have the opportunity to work on every phase of the project developments from requirement gathering, project design, implementation, to product roll out.

Experience:
. 5 plus years developing Equity trading applications in brokerage environments preferred but must possess Financial Services Industry experience
. Good understanding and hands-on experience with C/C++
. Solid understanding of data structure, algorithms, and object-oriented design
. Knowledge on multi-threaded programming and IPC
. Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
. Knowledge of relational database, such as DB2
. A team player with strong communication skills
. Background on quantitative analysis or statistics is a plus
