Our client is seeking an experienced and savvy Principal Strategic Development Manager. This position will be based in IA. US Citizens or Green Card holders only apply. <br /><br /><br />POSITION DETAILS <br />The chosen candidate will develop global business strategies to support the International Business Organization (IBO) and will work closely with the Regional Strategy, Corporate Development and the Business Units Strategy groups to identify, mature, pursue and integrate international M&A targets. The role will include the development of the overall International SF&P, AOP, offset and marketing strategies with special focus on growth beyond the plan. <br /><br /><br />Requires demonstrated ability to work effectively both as an individual contributor and in a team setting, preferably in a cross-functional team environment. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications skills. Position requires a personality that is comfortable with ambiguity common in the early stages of a strategic business initiative. Must be adept at converting abstract strategic ideas into concrete, robust, data-supported presentations. Must have good negotiation skills particularly with respect to M&A initiatives. Experience:
