Desired areas include knowledge and experience in any of the following areas:

Software testing tools
Selenium
J2EE applications
Web based applications
Internationalization and Localization testing
Performance or Load testing
Security testing
SQL Databases
Gray box testing (or comfortable learning & doing it)
Familiarity with a language such as Java or .Net
Involvement in managing complex test matrices
Experience in Agile is preferred

Must be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, currently temple worthy
Bachelor's Degree or higher
6-8+ years of relevant experience with 2+ specifically in software quality assurance
Demonstrated working knowledge of a minimum of 2 automation languages or a single automation language and in addition the ability to utilize a structured programming language to interface with existing source code, commonly referred to as a "test harness"
Track record of specific application of this knowledge resulting in project success
Track record of isolating issues at the component level
