Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst with Financial Services experience for a major client in Minneapolis, MN on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:
- Develop issue or risk assessment and options for resolution.
- Collaborate and negotiate to define project scope boundaries.
- Develop and write Use Cases.
- Conduct interviews and/or JAD sessions to define, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop or refine business processes and process flow diagrams.
- Develop acceptance plan and test conditions, and perform testing function.
- Provide effective communication on project status and progress.
- Overall management and documentation of issues/risks and resolution.
- Gathering detailed requirements from Business owners.
- Usage of standard methodologies such as CMMI.

Experience:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience working in the Financial Services area would be desired especially in: Brokerage, Clearing and Trading background.
- 5 years as a Business Analyst and at least 1+ years in Financial Services.
- Ability to handle multiple systems at any given time.
- Full lifecycle experience.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and to work with a date driven effort.
- Ability to manage and take ownership of work with limited guidance from the Project Manager.
- Highly skilled at meeting deadlines with high quality results.
