Description:
Genesis10 is seeking a Data Analyst for a major client in Charlotte, NC on a 12 month contract basis. This position is on a Wholesale Finance FACS team. FACS is a Wholesale Finance System of Record reporting data warehouse.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Document Finance user data and reporting requirements.
- Develop functional design documents for subsystem data feeds to FACS.
- Perform analysis and data mapping of subsystem feeds to existing FACS data model.
- Analyze and document comprehensive reconciliation scripts for FACS data load and GL reconciliation processes.
- Serve as subsystem/reporting SME in support of Finance for business unit initiatives and system modifications and upgrades.
- Liaison to Wholesale Finance Technology and internal business partners.
- Document and lead formal end user training sessions.
- Manage migration of existing Finance user reporting processes to FACS.

Experience:
Required Experience/Skills:
- Superior analysis and project management skills.
- Knowledge of products (Derivatives, Bonds, Stocks, Loans, Repos) and accounting treatments/approaches.
- Development experience with Microsoft Access, including query building, data joins and macro and VBA automation.
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience with reporting tools like Essbase.
- Strong work ethic, flexibility, and time management skills, as hours will vary depending upon deadlines.
- Take-charge attitude, proven leadership skills, and team player. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
