We are currently seeking Collection Representatives for one of our largest clients in the Brandon area!

This position will entail handling all collection activities for customer accounts assigned by specific territories in accordance with the company's credit policy and practices.

Responsibilities to also include:

- Review accounts to identify past-due customers and to determine proper course of action.
- Plans and maintains a program for the systematic follow up and collection of amounts due.
- Communicate with customers for up to date payments, while maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure all business clients are retained.

Experience:
Requirements:
- Bi-lingual French/English a plus!
- 3+ years Business-Business Collections
- Some college preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in online receivable system
- High School Diploma/Equivalent Diploma
