Multiple openings for experienced Seasonal Retail Representatives in the Clearwater area!

Retail Representatives will spend at least 90% of their time interacting with customers in the store(s) and must be flexible to work at various store locations. As a first point of contact for meeting and greeting customers as they enter the store, Representatives will direct customers to appropriate Sales Representatives, help with service-related functions within the store including billing related inquiries and issues, processing bill payments, processing credits, entering orders and activating phone service. Retail Representatives will also assist with stock replenishment and general store projects as needed.

Qualified and Successful Retail Representatives have:
~Retail Sales Experience (2-3 years+)
~High Volume Retail Customer Service Experience (2-3 years+)
~Strong Computer Knowledge (Windows, Word, Outlook)
~Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Friendly, Outgoing, and Professional Demeanor
~Flexibility to work ANY Retail Hours/Schedule, Monday - Sunday (especially: Nights, Weekends, & Holidays)
~Availability to work Overtime - may be required to work up to 50 hours per week
~Experience working in fast-paced retail stores, standing on feet all day long
~High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent (minimum) and are at least 18 years-old
~Reliable transportation to commute to various store locations

Additional Skills, Desired but NOT required:
~Fluently Bilingual (especially in Spanish and English)
~Cellular/Wireless Industry experience
~Some College or AA/AS in Business Administration or Marketing
