Description: Answer incoming calls from shareholders regarding their stock accounts. Inbound Customer Service Representatives must have Excellent verbal communication skills and be able to follow scripted materials.
Experience: MUST BE ABLE to train from 10:00am-4:30pm M-F for 5 weeks, once training is over, a 4 hour shift will be assigned between 8:30am and 6pm.
