Description: Assigns incoming title orders to approved abstractors and follows up with abstractors resolving any non-legal issues arising during the search. Retrieves requested documents from attorneys. Manages time sensitive deadlines and communicates with customers in order to meet departmental goals. Will be required to examine documents posted in the public records and the tax record associated with a specific property to:1) Determine the Chain of Title2) Determine the impact of any recorded deed, lien or judgment3) Identify any senior mortgage or deed of trust4) Determine any taxes which may be pending or deliquentWork is time senstive and subject to daily production and quality goals. Communicates with customers, internal and external, and teammates' in order to meet goals. Reviews documents which contain a high level of detail to support overall process and team results.
Experience: Must have a Mortgage background. Title experience is a plus but not necessary.
