Description:
Maintains lease and building files, property telephone lists, emergency information, building key chart, parking assignment, purchase log order and Certificate of Insurance binders for vendors. Processes tenant billings as necessary. Inputs work orders from tenants into InfoCenter system and communicate with engineers. Prepares A/P invoices for approval, and distributes tenant memos, rent statements and newsletters. Acts as liaison with vendors as designated by supervisor to include: maintaining janitorial request log and secruity reports. Sorts and distributes mail, orders and maintains office supply inventory. Desire and ability to provide outstanding customer service to tenants and prospective tenants. Ability to multi-task with a customer focused approach. Proven experience working in MS Word and processing, spreasheet software and other industry specific software applications. Need excellent communication skills and team player mentality.
