Description:
JOB DUTIES: Have an urgent need for an accomplished Reliability & Maintainability Engineer who has the ability to understand and perform analyses for safety, reliability, maintainability, testability for helicopter systems. Must have demonstrated expertise in failure modes and effects analysis and reliability analyses necessary to assess the safety and reliability of the helicopter platform and its subsystems. Also prefer a candidate who has both R&M and System Safety analysis work experience to include hazard analyses, fault tree analysis and risk assessment.

They must be qualified in the following items -
- reliability predictions at the LRU and system level roll-up
- analysis of Army TAMMS similar maintenance data and being able to use this data to support predictions
- mission reliability modelling and calculating series and redundant path reliability
-- being able to use spreadsheets for predictions and also being able to use a Boeing developed system
- being able to use handbooks for R&M predictions
- being very expert in rolling up two digit systems to A/C level.

Need someone interested, and very experienced in support reliability predictions.
Must be able to begin as soon as they walk in the door, with minimal instruction.

JOB SKILLS: Require at least a BS Engr, at least 8 years of work experience, have a very good working knowledge of Excel (charts, series formula manipulation, statistics functions); MS office tools and able to prepare presentations & reports Systems engineering RM&T experience in aviation systems is required.
