System Analyst:
Our client in Knoxville, TN is seeking a contractor with experience developing XML Schemas and who has experience and a successful track record working with an application user to document business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements. Experience designing .Net applications would be preferred. Contractor should also have experience writing and maintaining code in ASP.Net and C#.Net.
