Description:
We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for our automotive client in chittenden county. Primary Responsibilities will be to answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests; sell products and place customer orders in computer system; provide customers with product and service information; up sell products and services; identify, research, and resolve customer issues; recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls; and recommend process improvements. Other duties may be as assigned as needed.

Individuals must be professional and have experience in customer service. The ability to speak French and English is a plus!
