Description: Will be taking calls providng technical assistance to customers on all products with emphasis on being the technical specialist within the department on an assigned specialty. Must be bilingual - Spanish speaking. Must have a minimum of a two-year AAS Technical Degree or three to five yrs. relevant exp. Must possess excellent oral/written communication skills and have basic computer knowledge and strong customer relationship skills. Previous field experience with installed products such as water heaters or furnaces is preferred.
