Well known Company is looking for a Business Analysis Manager. The primary function of this position is directing and monitoring the development, implementation, and interpretation of highly complex business analysis projects in support of corporate goals and strategies. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for analyzing and reporting on several key business and performance indicators for the Company. The Manager of Business Analysis provides team with timely and reliable information on the companys results, developments, and trends. Responsibilities will include maintaining production, reporting and analysis of recurring management reports, developing project plans and priorities to support the needs of the organization, directing dissemination and/or revision of data models for tracking and forecasting performance, acting as project leader for high-level assignments, performing complex ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management, and coaching, developing and motivating department personnel.
Looking for someone with at least six years experience in financial management, analysis and reporting and at least three years of recent supervisory experience. Must have excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively interpret and communicate complex data. Must have advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
