Position will be responsible for the administration and architecture of client and server technologies for ESPN. Knowledge of Windows 2008 Servers, Windows Vista/7, TCP/IP, software deployment/management and system performance tuning/monitoring is critical. Experience with the design and architecture of client and server systems is required. Automation of software and/or systems administration required.

Experience:
Essential Functions

• Expertise with Altiris Notification Server 6/7 or Microsoft SMS 2003 R2 for software and patch deployment.

• Expertise with automated client/server build technologies such as Altiris Deployment Server, or Microsoft Deployment Tookit.

• Expertise with deployment tools such as Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK).

• Experience with Wise Package Studio 7, WinInstall, or other .msi package creation tools.

• Experience with application virtualization technologies such as Symantec Workspace Virtualization, Microsoft App-V, or VMWare ThinApp.

• Expertise with creating and modifying Group Policy objects for Windows Vista/7 and Windows Server 2003/2008.

• Strong work ethic and ability to creatively accomplish aggressive project goals when necessary.

• Expertise in scripting technologies such as VBScript, Kixtart, and PowerShell.

• Experience with accessing Microsoft SQL Server databases using T-SQL.
