Kohler Rental Power is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager located in Chicago. Kohler Rental Power is a part of the Kohler Co. which is headquartered in Kohler, Wisconsin, a unique village fifty minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. Under the direction of the Director of Sales, Kohler Rental, the Regional Sales Manager would lead and manage Account Executives and Account Managers in rental sales for Kohler Rental Power, Inc. in the Chicago region. They would be responsible for managing sales associates by establishing sales territories and quotas to meet assigned revenue goals. This person would also analyze sales statistics gathered by sales team to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor preferences of customer and/or market sector.

The Regional Sales Manager would assist the Director of Sales in the management of Kohler Rental Power's business at the Regional level and recommend changes that will improve productivity, sales, profits, utilization and/or market share. This person would meet or exceed sales goals and target accounts for respective region in both quality and quantitative measurements.

Kohler Rental Power supplies backup power, prime power, and temperature control for commercial, industrial, utility and emergency needs. In addition it is a turnkey provider for events and corporate hospitality. Products include generators, switchgear, power distribution, luxury/executive restrooms, and a full supply of climate control products and accessories, Kohler Rental has offices located in the Chicago, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, and Orlando areas.

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Engineering required. Seven (7) plus years experience with proven results in one or more of the following fields: Generator Rental, Engineering, Sales and/or Marketing Management. The ideal candidate is an upbeat highly energetic leader with a strong customer service approach to business. Proven ability to motivate, hire, train and develop a team is required. Must be results driven, have strong oral and written communications skills, business acumen and financial savvy. Basic Microsoft PC skills are required.
