Dell Perot Systems is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Physician Support Analyst to join our team in Daly City, California.
Job Responsibilities:
This position supports the computerized physician order entry (QCPR) system and other clinical software applications. The Analyst will participate in clinical workflow analysis; physician documentation template development; interface testing; order/results management implementation; general system build and maintenance; physician, clinician and office staff training and collaboration with current practice management system support and information systems technical support; security administration and other responsibilities as assigned.
Will be the system consultant/expert resource for Physicians, information systems staff, management, hospital staff, medical and physician Staff. Will develop and maintain good communication with vendor contacts as it relates to product development, improvement and software upgrades.
Required Skills:
2+ years of healthcare technology systems experience
Knowledge of physician services within an integrated health system
Excellent knowledge of all MS Office applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a complex team environment
Ability to work with all levels of staff
Desired Skills:
Ability to provide leadership and promote teamwork
Ability to effectively conduct educational presentations
Prefer strong skills in prioritization, problem solving, organization, decision making, time management and planning
Education and training experience is highly desirable
Minimum Educational Requirements:
BS, BA or advanced training in Information Systems or Nursing is highly preferred
