Kohler Hospitality, operators of the Midwest's only 5-Diamond resort, is currently looking for an energetic individual to work as a Baker in the Pastry Kitchen of The American Club.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to preparing baked goods such as breads, rolls, muffins, bars, pies, and cookies according to recipe and providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations. Bakers research and develop new menu items to enhance the guest's culinary experience. They take and prepare catering orders. Bakers should gain a working knowledge of inventory processes, food safety standards, sanitation standards, and equipment use.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism. Candidates are required to complete the Learn 2 Serve Certification upon hire. An ideal candidate would have culinary experience. Education and degree from a formal Culinary School or Technical College is required.
