Kohler Co., a world-class manufacturer is seeking to add to the team, a highly qualified Human Resources Manager.
At Kohler Co., HR professionals interface with all aspects of the business unit they are assigned to, its customers and especially its associates to bring HR strategies into alignment with organization goals and enable the organization to succeed through progressive and responsive HR practices. A partner to the businesses as well as with other HR professionals in other business units, Centers of Excellence and Shared Services, this position is the main liaison with the business unit to embed common Kohler HR values and business practices.
The individual will initially be integrated into Human Resources practices at Kohler by supporting a number of the corporate staff departments at Kohler Co. However due to growth and active succession planning, we would expect that within 18-24 months this individual would move to an HR management assignment within a business unit.
As a recognized key partner you are accountable for driving business objectives through human resources practices. While relationship building is critical you will be challenged with coaching, training, and succession planning with a developing team of high performing business leaders who understand how to leverage progressive HR practices. You will partner with other HR Centers of Excellence professionals who can offer expertise in the areas of compensation/benefits, staffing, legal, and organizational development. KOHLER's strong HR network will ensure that you are part of a larger team.
Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 or more years multi-functional experience at a professional level in human resources with solid fundamentals of OD practices. The individual must have previously demonstrated application of OD practices.
