Description: Our Inbound WOTC Processing Center is responsible for conducting brief but detailed phone interviews of our Clients applicants or new hires. The information collected during the phone screening is used to determine if the Client is potentially eligible to participate in various tax incentives. The Inbound Client Serving Associate must tactfully and diplomatically interact with all levels of individuals in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment.Responsibilities:-Provide telephone support to external customers on issues related to federal and state tax incentive programs.-Effectively review and process client related data to determine eligibility for federal and state tax incentive programs. (Inbound representatives taken an average of 75 client calls per day - interviewing our client¿s applicants or new employees to determine potential eligibility.)-Resolve inquires related to the incentive programs and effectively communicate solutions to clients in accordance with established Firm and WOTC Processing Center policy and procedures.-Acquire and use knowledge of Firm and WOTC Processing Center Policies & Procedures in a functional area within the WOTC Processing Center.-Work with a customer service orientation and communicate tactfully and diplomatically with all levels of individuals, in sometimes challenging circumstances.-Exercise an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment.-Identify and communicate recurring issues to appropriate supervisory personnel.-Complete other related projects as required.
Experience: Strong Communication Skills, verbal and written, Bilingual a plus. Flexible to work either 1st or 2nd shift and possibly Saturdays.
