Job Responsibility:
Responsible for management of the Girls Dolls business - a key growth segment within Toys and Disney Princess and Fairies franchises. Primary responsibility will include development and execution of marketing and product strategies for all segments of dolls – including fashion, small, large, porcelain and doll accessories. Key focus will be on the launch of a doll and role-play behind Fairies for Fall 2006.
Minimum of 5-6 years of toy experience with 3-4 years experience in mid to large size toy company; preferably with girls/doll experience.
Candidate should have significant marketing experience including development and execution of marketing and product strategies; significant expertise successfully developing and presenting toy product line to mass retail partners; specific experience working collaboratively with creative, manufacturing and retail partners in development of toy product line; experience setting and maintaining financial targets.

BS or MBA, business management, marketing or related field

- Good computer skills, especially Power Point. (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Strong organizational skills.
