Description:
DCP IT is a technology service provider to Disney Consumer Products, providing a full range of IT services, including: application development, technology strategic planning, program and project management, business analysis, training, and infrastructure planning and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Manage an ETL, QA and DBA team that provides support and services to DCP Segment IT staff.
o Ensure all ETL and DBA technical solutions are consistent with DCP and Disney standard practices.
o Develop ETL, QA and DBA budget expense detail item estimates and effectively administrate the operational cost center expense budget.
o Develop detailed and accurate Project Authorization Request documentation.
o Accountable for all team project timelines and work deliverables.
o Work effectively in a matrix organization (Disney, IBM and ACS) with competing priorities and business objectives.
o Motivate and manage developer/DBA staff to maximize work output and provide reliable, responsive off hours operational support.
o Responsible for the staffing, training, team building and performance management of team
o Develop and execute short term team tactile objectives, assist management in the strategic planning process.

EDUCATION:
o 4 year College Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o 7 years minimum application and data base development experience.
o 5 years minimum management supervisory experience.
o 2 years minimum ETL(Informatica) software experience.
o Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication skills.
o Demonstrated skills with Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Project and Visio.
o Knowledgeable in application Life Cycle Development and Quality Assurance processes.
o Knowledgeable in business applications: Finance, Contract Management, Forecast and Budget/Data Warehouse and eBusiness.
